Anyone who has ever practiced Yin Yoga will be aware of the immense value of this beautiful, therapeutic yoga style. In the Yang world everybody needs more Yin in their lives for harmony and balance. This is an opportunity to do that.
These can only be booked here and won't be on any commercial booking systems. This is to keep the participant number low and the energy calm to give the best possible experience for everyone.
These sessions are especially suitable for those who are looking for more tranquility
even for those who have never been to a yin yoga class before.
