These 2 hour yin yoga sessions are designed to be a mini retreat away from your
usual routines, to breathe, to connect, to release areas that have become tight both
physically and mentally. Yin yoga is like giving yourself a healing acupressure
massage while experiencing meditative stillness.
Anyone who has ever practiced Yin Yoga will be aware of the limitless benefits this beautiful, therapeutic yoga style.
In this Yang world everybody needs more Yin in their lives for harmony and balance. This is an opportunity to practice effortlessly and give your mind and body time to balance and heal.
