Traditionally the best time for Asana practice is at sunrise. It may seem challenging at first to get up so early but here's something really beautiful about starting your day this way. Yoga brings alertness, focus and clarity to the mind. Through doing something that you enjoy, you'll build strength and improved mobility almost without noticing. Best of all, a sense of calm will stay with you into the rest of your day.
An increasing number of people now find that practicing yoga in their own home guided by a teacher whom they know gives them a more rewarding experience than having to drive to a studio, find parking and then the room doesn't always feel as calm and safe as your own mat in your own space.
Find a quiet place, roll out your mat, set the atmosphere, turn off your phone and close the door. Just click the link and I'll let you in. If there are sounds of morning activities coming from any household, don't worry everyone will be muted.
Each of these classes class will be focusing on different theme, usually an area of the body, a group of poses or something new.
This class will run for 5 days and then may continue once or twice a week subject to your wishes.
£30.00 for the week - all 5 classes
or £8.00 for each individual class.
