Yin Yoga Classes are now available at most Yoga Studios and Fitness Centres. There are many knowledgeable and experienced Yin Yoga Teachers out there, but also some, who may be absolutely brilliant yoga teachers, but haven't discovered the full potential of Yin Yoga.
They may run a great restorative yoga class under the title Yin Yoga or an equally good Hatha class with poses held for long periods of time and call it Yin Yoga.
The intention of this course is to introduce the principles, methods, background, the benefits and beauty of practicing and teaching yoga in the Yin way.
If you're either a Yoga Teacher with an interest in teaching Yin Yoga or a keen practitioner, come and join a lovely small group to delve deeper into this beautiful practice.
Here's what to expect:
TCM and Taoist Philosophy Basics.
Why Practice Yin Yoga?
How to Practice Yin Yoga?
Classic Yin Yoga Postures plus Some Innovative Ones.
At least the following:

As Yin Yoga is my passion and and I love to share it with others, this course of 5 x 2 hour sessions is only

My inspiration and learning come from:
Sarah Powers

Josh Summers
Truth Robinson
Norman Blair
and many other Yin Teachers, Fascia Researchers and Traditional Texts.
