Bonhays is an eco Retreat Centre, nestled in the hills of West Dorset, between Bridport and Lyme Regis and just two miles from the sea. The setting is secluded and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
The simply furnished accommodation surrounds a central courtyard, with the soft curves of the straw buildings and the hills beyond, there is quiet and stillness here.
Bonhays has lovely communal areas to relax in as well as many spots for quiet and reflection. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool.
We will be sharing nourishing and tasty vegetarian food in the conservatory, practicing yoga and meditation in a room that is only ever used for that purpose, or weather permitting we may enjoy a session outside on the lawn.
The coast and beaches are 2 miles away if you'd like some fresh sea air and enjoy a beach walk, or you may simply choose to enjoy a peaceful moment on the decking and watch the sunset, swim leisurely in the pool.

On Tuesday she'll be hosting a Well Woman Workshop. The workshop focuses on the Chakras that are relevant to the feminine and on balancing all aspects of being a woman at different stages of life.
